We want you to love your Jerna experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened and in their original condition. As our product is a consumable, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@jernaoriginal.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
